Circuit Training

Take to the sports hall to be put through your paces across a number of different work-out stations to go at your own pace. The over 50s circuits class offers an alternative with static stations.

HIIT & Core Classes

Our HIIT (high intensity interval training) and core classes are there to get your heart rate pumping, whilst also having fun along the way. They are some of the most popular on offer.

Kettlebell Workout

Kettlebell classes are a great combination of weight training and cardio. They’re a perfect fit if you’re looking for an all-body workout and with adjustable weights, you can find a resistance that works for you.

Our spin classes are a fantastic and fun way to get in the saddle for some cardio! With guidance from our qualified instructors, you can adjust the resistance to make sure it’s a ride that’s suited to your current fitness levels.

If you’ve not tried it before, but you love being in the pool, then aquafit will tick all the boxes. As well as being a brilliant form of cardio, it’s also a fun activity to take part in with family, friends or just come along on your own and give it a try!

Get two perks in one session! Get a cardio workout, plus improve your swimming technique with guidance from our highly experienced coach. The pool is set up as 4 lanes and you must be able to swim 25m comfortably for this class.

Pilates is a form of low-impact exercise that aims to strengthen muscles while improving postural alignment and flexibility as well as boosting your over all fitness and core strength.
